Gerogiannis will continue to support the company in its transition to the next generation of executives, as a management consultant with oversight of the technical base and the training center, the new direction of development of the group.

Michalis Kouveliotis has assumed the position of CEO of the company.

Kouveliotis has supported the company from the position of chief financial officer even before its listing on the Athens Stock Exchange, while since the beginning of 2025, in the context of better preparation for the transition, he held the position of Deputy CEO, with responsibility for the coordination of the remaining departments.
