The over all winner will win EUR34,000 and an additional four shortlisted applicants will each get EUR11,300.

A record amount of over 70 candidates applied for the Stelios Award for Disabled Entrepreneurs this year. The applications came from diverse business arenas, including fashion, retail, sport and leisure and tourism.

The winners were Jane Hatton, founder, Evenbreak; Hannah Chamberlain, co-founder, Mental Snapp; James Brown, founder, Mobiloo; Dominic Lund-Conlon, founder, Review My Wheelchair; and Katherine Fortnum, founder, Katherine Fortnum.
