In the framework of the Trilateral Summit, the three governments signed a protocol on cooperation in cruise tourism. In his remarks Anastasiades noted that the trilateral cooperation has expanded in the fields of information technology and communications, and announced the inauguration, of the Joint Innovation Center between the three countries.

On his part Al-Sisi said that the trilateral mechanism aims to develop the economic cooperation among them while Tsipras expanded on the countries’ cooperation in the field of energy as a way to link the market of North Africa with the market of Europe, through Crete and Cyprus.
