The submitted proposal of the consortium Melco - Hard Rock Resorts Cyprus, which consists of Melco International Development, Seminole HR Holdings (Hard Rock) and CNS Group, has met the requirements of the competition.

Therefore, the consortium has been invited by the steering committee to submit an application for authorisation, which will be the basis for the diligent audit, as provided by the documents of the invitation and the legislation.

The permit is subject to the completion of the check, whereupon the permit will be issued.
