The workshops, which spanned five days, were addressed to third country workers (TCW) and employers to inform them about rights and obligations concerning labour relations.

Among the targets of the event was the support of the integration process of TCWs in Cypriot society, improving the possibility of social integration, understanding and socialisation, and the prevention of social exclusion.

Essentially, the aim was for TCWs to gain a better understanding of the institutions, rights, and obligations for citizens and permanent residents who live and work in Cyprus.
