The UK and Russia were the main source markets, representing 27.8 percent and 21.8 percent of all arrivals, correspondingly.
Additionally, the two countries also recorded significant growth during the month under review, with Russian travellers up 157.9 percent while British holidaymakers grew 19.6 percent.
Furthermore, tourists from Israel, Greece and Germany also soared 55.3 percent, 19.1 percent and 3.8 percent, respectively.
On the other hand, there was a notable drop in visitors from Ukraine, down 23.5 percent.
Some 53 percent arrived for holidays, 24.3 percent were visiting friends or family and 22.5 percent were on a business trip.
