According to an official announcement, three professional theater groups are set to perform on a specially designed stage.
At 11:00 young theatre lovers will have the opportunity to watch the comical Meet at the Ark at Eight by Maskarini Theatre.
At 15:00 The Little Worry People Art and Drama Studio will perform their educational play The Owl Who Was Jealous.
Then, at 18:00 Theato Ena will present their puppet show of the classic story Jack and the Beanstalk.
The performances, in Greek, will be open to the public and free-of-charge but The Mall of Cyprus noted that pre-booking is not available and audiences will be seated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
“By celebrating World Theatre Day, the main objective of The Mall of Cyprus is to bring children closer to a unique form of art, with plays that have the ability to entertain as well as to transmit important life values,” the announcement said.
