Costa Smeralda, Costa Cruises’ flagship, left the port of Savona May 01, for a week-long cruise in Italy. It is the first ship of the Italian company to resume operations during this year, officially kicking off the summer season, which will see a total of four Costa ships cruising the Mediterranean.

Crown Iris, a renowned cruise ship, arrived in Larnaca from Haifa on May 25. According to the Larnaca Tourism Board, the line, with capacity for 2000 passengers, will travel from Haifa to Larnaca on a weekly basis until the start of November and it will often dock in Larnaca overnight.
