Located on the island of Rhodes, the resort is a member of Colossos SA, franchised by LTI, and the hotel will be operated by Louis Hotels.

The all inclusive property will feature 699 luxurious rooms and suites, villas and swim-up rooms, as well as 16 restaurants and bars, six swimming pools, three clubs for children and teenagers, an outdoor water park and a 24hour executive lounge.

The completion of the project will be divided in two phases; the first stage to be concluded in June, 2017, along with the resort's launch and the second and final phase in May, 2018.
