MEECO (Measuring Excellence in Executive Coaching, Employee Engagement and Culture in Organizations) Institute was established in 2016 and is an international mechanism for measuring company excellence and performance in leadership, corporate culture and coaching.

This designation, as noted by MEECO, represents the achievement of a standard of excellence in design, execution and the sustainability of a superior human resources programme to support leadership and executive coaching.

Eleni Kaloyirou, CEO, Hermes Airports, and Natasa Iacovides, senior manager, human resources, Hermes Airports, received the award during a recent ceremony held in Colorado, the US.

“The hard work, persistent efforts and detailed plans over the last few years have led to an important international recognition,” expressed Iacovides.
