Specifically, the project in question concerned the paving of the space around the two sculptures on Athens Avenue which were placed on a dirt surface, as well as the addition of lighting for their further promotion.

 It is noted that the Larnaca Tourism Board in another action, also contributed to the lighting of the small pier near the Medieval Castle, the works of which were carried out by the Municipality of Larnaca. The initiatives were also supported by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism in the context of upgrading and improving the tourism product.

 These efforts, as a whole, contribute positively to the establishment of the coastal front of Finikoudes as a reference point for tourist Cyprus, both for locals and foreign visitors.
