BOC Disposes of Three Greek Hotels

Bank of Cyprus (BoC) has sold three accommodation establishments in Greece for the total amount of EUR9.6 million.

Two of the properties are located on the island of Corfu, and one in the area of Glyfada, in Athens.

In a relevant statement, the management underlined that the transaction followed an open bidding process and the selling price achieved was as per the bank’s estimations.

Moreover, it emphasised that the financial establishment will continue disposal of immovable assets in Greece.
