This has been the sixth consecutive month in 2016 to break arrival records in relation to previous years.

A historically high performance was recorded for all the first 10 months, since the total arrivals reached three million, a year-on-year increase of 20.3 percent.

This is the highest corresponding performance ever achieved in the tourism segment of Cyprus.

The strongest markets which contributed to this increase are those of the UK, Russia, Greece, Germany, Israel, Ukraine, Sweden, and Switzerland.
