The opening, on October 08, was marked by Nicos Anastasiades, president, Cyprus, where he explained how the increase in the competing international environment, does not make Cyprus remain complacent and it further enhances its competitive edge through other advancing strategic reforms.

Anastasiades, said, “I have no doubt that the new Deputy Ministry, which will be operationally ready as from the March 01, 2018, in close cooperation with the private sector, will positively supplement and strengthen our efforts to attracting additional quality ship-owners and shipping companies to Cyprus.”
