New PAUL Store Brings a Taste of France to Limassol

Limassol Marina is excited to welcome renowned French chain PAUL Boulangerie – Patisserie – Restaurant – Café, an exciting addition to the marina’s exceptional selection of cafés and restaurants!

Elevating the essence of French sophistication and cuisine, the new PAUL store will feature a unique dual space concept, PAUL Patisserie & Espresso Bar and PAUL Café & Restaurant. 

PAUL Patisserie & Espresso Bar
The Patisserie & Espresso Bar section is a self-service and take-away bar where visitors can choose from a rich selection of French culinary delights. PAUL’s iconic French croissants, sandwiches made with freshly baked bread in Paul’s own bakery aromatic coffee along with a delicious array of PAUL tarts, macarons, millefeuilles and an assortment of other delectable French sweets.

PAUL Café & Restaurant 
At PAUL Café & Restaurant, guests can enjoy a more leisurely brunch, lunch, or dinner, with a plethora of signature international and French dishes. For brunch, the Salmon Croll Egg Benedict steals the show, featuring a delectable croissant filled with a scrumptious combination of cream cheese tartare, smoked salmon, wild arugula, poached egg, hollandaise and crispy onion flakes. Classic French dishes such as the Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame, as well as delightful French toast and crêpes, await discerning palates.

Lunch and dinner serve a parade of taste surprises with recommendations like the French classic Coq au vin, showcasing a well-cooked rooster in red wine, mushroom, and bacon sauce. Equally irresistible is the Ribeye Steak flavoured with café de Paris butter. Renowned PAUL favourites include the French onions pappardelle with creamy sauce, caramelised onions, fresh thyme and burrata.

Every meal at PAUL concludes with a unique dessert. The Floating Island with baked meringue, crème anglaise, caramelized almonds and forest fruits, promises to satisfy every palate. Meanwhile, chocolate lovers can savour the Fondant au chocolat with rich chocolate filling, dark chocolate flakes and vanilla ice cream.
