The tournament was successfully organised during July 2017 in Paphos, where 18 teams and 110 athletes participated. The tournament will again be held next to Mpania Cafe Restaurant. Significantly, 25 teams and approximately 150 athletes from Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Sweden and Hungary are expected to participate this year.

The teams will pass through a group stage process and then the best two teams of each group will proceed to a knockout stage. The ultimate aim of the event is to promote water polo and bring as many children as possible next the area by the pools to exercise.
