The survey was conducted in the departure halls at Larnaka and Paphos airports between July and October through 2,000 personal dialogues to identify certain features of the travellers who visited Cyprus during the summer this year.

The main findings of the survey revealed that 94.5 percent of the tourists remained in the free areas, 3.5 percent remained exclusively in the occupied areas, while 1.9 percent remained in both the free and the occupied areas.
