According to Leptos group, Paphos is in the lead as the most popular district for overseas buyers especially from Europe and Non-Europeans for the period January- October of this year, by 39,6 percent in comparison to Limassol which follows with 30,1 percent. Larnaca is third with 15,9 percent and lastly Famagusta with 9,2 percent and Nicosia with just 5,2 percent.
