During the first 10 months of the year, a total of 4017 property sale contracts were deposited by overseas buyers, with 1293 deposited by EU nationals and 2724 by non-EU nationals.
Simulatniouly, during the same period the total number of contracts deposited at the Land Registry office has risen 17 percent compared to the ones deposited during the corresponding period of 2017.
