Giannis Karousos, minister of transport, communications and works, Cyprus, expressed satisfaction with the implementation process of the largest development project of the Republic of Cyprus, who was briefed on January 19, on the final General Spatial Plan for the Port and Marina of Larnaca.

Kition Ocean Holdings, an Israeli organisation and Cyprus have recently reached an agreement, submitting a proposal for more than EUR1 billion for the development of the existing marina and port at Larnaca.

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works has announced the official submission of five proposals for the development of Larnaca Marina, the second attempt to find investors for the project.

On April 03, Andreas Vyras, mayor, Larnaca Municipality, met with delegates from the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works in order to discuss the progress of the ambitious Larnaca port and marina projects.
