Melco Announce Career Fair for City of Dreams Mediterranean

Melco Group has announced the first career fair for people interested in the company’s Cyprus project, City of Dreams Mediterranean, which is scheduled for a 2021 official opening.

Melco’s first career fair is scheduled to take place from March 16 – 17 at the premises belonging to Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Candidates are required to be 21 years of age or above in order to apply for positions at a temporary casino which is scheduled to open this summer.

Recently, Melco announced the first 500 job opportunities for Europe’s first integrated casino resort for a range of positions, including; dealers, slot attendants, cashiers, finance and casino operations. Applicants working at the temporary casino will then be transferred to City of Dreams Mediterranean when it officially opens. A further four satellite casinos are later scheduled to open in Nicosia, Larnaca, free Famagusta and Paphos.

“At the upcoming Career Fair, applicants will have the opportunity to meet Melco’s human resources team to discuss and apply for positions of interest,” explained Victoria Michaelidou, vice president, human resources, City of Dreams Mediterranean. “Upon submission of CV, we can determine the best suitable position for the applicant according to their qualifications and personal aspirations in the gaming industry.”
