150 tons of steel, 1,500 m3 of high-performance concrete and 14 hours of casting were used by the construction team of 40 men, who have been working day and night on ‘Europe’s New Riviera’.

The construction milestones that have been completed so far include the main structure piling which consist of 69 piles - 20-25 m long each, the main structure of the Poseidon tower with three out of 35 floors completed, the single pedestal of the three-meter-high Poseidon tower and the single pedestal of the southern underground parking lots.
