Tus Airways Takes Off

Upon being awarded the air operator certificate and air transport licence in 2015, Cyprus' new carrier, Tus Airways has commenced scheduled flights from Larnaca to Tel Aviv.

With the aim of providing better access between the island and its neighbouring Eastern Mediterranean countries via comfortable, economic and alternative flights, the airline also plans to open routes to Middle Eastern destinations such as Beirut in Lebanon as well as Amman and Aqaba in Jordan.

The company also strives to add many Greek islands to its network, namely Rhodes, Kos, Samos and Karpathos. Its fleet currently consists of two SAAB 340B with a capacity of up to 36 seats.
