101 Development aims to create a unique building with apartments aimed at mainly Cypriot but also international buyers.

Construction by the Cyfield Group of Companies began in August 2016 and, due to the large scale of the project, work is being carried out at what the company describes as a European and US pace.

Anticipated to be completed in 2019, the building will reach a height of 135 m with 27 of its 34 floors being residential, providing 360 degree views.

The building will also provide all the latest residential services and security facilities. There will also be a swimming pool, gym and concierge services for residents.
