- Through mobility analysis, based on data collection and problem analysis, leading to the design of a series of measures aimed at improving cost-effectiveness, road safety, accessibility, environmental impact and international connectivity of commercial and passenger transport.
·Through the development of a policy package, aimed at supporting the objectives of the National Energy and Climate Plan, as well as related transport policies at European Union level (white paper on transport).
The elaboration of the plan will have an expense of EUR176,780,00 including VAT, and duration of completion 16 months.
