Crafted using the freshest local ingredients from Cypriot producers, the new menu reflects Jamie’s travels across the Mediterranean - combining rustic simplicity with bold, sun-drenched flavours. Each dish is made to be enjoyed in good company, with a glass of something chilled and the marina views as the perfect backdrop.
Among the highlights of the new menu are the Zesty Charred Octopus, braised with garlic and chilli and served over creamy butterbean hummus with orange and red onion salsa and a hint of sumac; the vibrant Citrus Ceviche with thinly sliced seabass in a citrus-chilli marinade and flame-grilled peppers; and the Beetroot Labneh, featuring strained goat’s yoghurt, roasted rainbow beets, raisin relish, and dukkah for the perfect summer bite.
For something heartier, the Chicken Al Mattone brings grilled chicken fillet to life with walnut & spinach pesto, rocket, and lemon – a simple yet elevated dish.
