The programmes are aimed at employees in various sectors of the industry and will cover a wide range of topics, such as ways to deal with the negative effects of Covid-19 on tourism businesses, effective customer service for front-line staff, customer service of various nationalities, principles of success appearance, service for tourists with disabilities, good cleaning and disinfection practices, etc.
Registrations will be made by the Provincial Inspectors' Offices of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism at their e-mail address.
The programmes will be monitored through the application www.zoom.us. A secure link will be sent to those interested.
