According to the information provided by the Municipality of Larnaca, three companies are now fully active in Vasilikos and started the procedures for demolition licenses for their facilities in Larnaca.
The fourth company has completed its new facilities and the arrival of the first ship to carry liquid fuels to carry out tank checks, so it is expected by the end of this July to start gradually.
Another important and positive event despite the long delay from the initial timetable concerns the issue of building licenses for the new LPG facilities in Basil. At this point we would like to express our thanks to Larnaca Province personally as well as to his office staff for their immediate response to issuing the licenses immediately upon receipt of the necessary information.
The consortium of the three companies immediately started construction work and Larnaca Municipality requested that it be informed as soon as possible about the project's completion timetables.
The new requirement of the municipality causes the other company's new requirement that in order to start construction projects, the solution of the pending issue for the landing of ships that will carry the LPG.
