The climate of the country, which was considered a potential benefit by 86 percent of expats, seems to have a strong influence on daily life, with Cyprus having one of the shortest full-time workweeks.
Based on the insights of more than 14,000 expats from over 191 countries, the survey further revealed that 67 percent of participants stated that weather is a factor to consider before moving abroad.
This means that people are just as likely to think about the climate as they do about the cost of living.
