The amount was raised from two successful events organised by the shipping chamber, namely the Charity Beach Volley Tournament organised in September and the Reggata sailing event organised in October. Both events were greatly supported by the chamber’s members which are a viable part of the charitable donation.

The cheque was presented during the Cyprus Shipping Chamber’s monthly members’ meeting on November 16, organised at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol, presented by Themis Papadopoulos, president, Cyprus Shipping Chamber, to George Penintaex, president, One Dream One Wish.
