The company noted its Tsielepis Running Team wanted to demonstrate that a healthy mind works alongside a healthy body.
The team’s participation also formed part of a series of event’s celebrating the company’s 40th anniversary. The Tsielepis Running Team competed during the five km Corporate Run alongside more than 6,000 participants from 205 companies and helped raise funds for Karaiskakio Foundation, a non-profit organisation for patients with leukaemia, and other local charities.
The team finished 100th with an average time of 27.55 minutes. First from the Tsielepis Team, and 243th overall, came Christoforos Tsingis, audit junior, with a time of 25.29 minutes. He was also the company’s fastest man last year, the announcement noted.
