The Municipality of Nicosia announced a tender for the Construction Phase A of the above project and, after evaluating the tenders, proceeded to a tender on March 16, 2017.

On May 08, 2017, the results of the tender were announced to the interested parties. On May 22, 2017, the Tendering Review Authority, which was dealt with in October 2017, was appealed. According to the decision of the Tender Review Authority, issued on December 07, 2017, the Municipality of Nicosia has to reassess the bids, the Municipality has become one of its immediate priorities.
