As part of the wider effort to create and reconstruct existing green spaces and parks in the city, the Municipality of Larnaca proceeded with the reconstruction and landscaping of the park on Agios Chrysostomou Street.

A series of innovative virtual projects for Larnaca region were presented on October 21 at an event held by Larnaca Tourism Board (LTB) and the Youth Board of Cyprus (ONEK), with the support of Larnaca Municipality and the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism (DMT).

Larnaca city centre is the ideal starting point to discover the region’s history and culture thanks to the large number of attractions found in a small, compact vicinity.

The project of street renovation and facilitation for the disabled in the centre of Larnaca is in the last stage before its completion. 

Christos Zannettou, mayor, Ayia Napa, on September 10 visited ‘The antennas’, known in the area as the Antennas of the French, the lighthouse and the building with the radiocommunication facilities located in the area of ​​Cape Greco.

The Larnaca Tourism Board (LTB) hosted and participated in a two-day meeting of the partners of the Erasmus+ programme ‘Tourism for People with Sensory Disabilities’ on July 08 and 09, at its premises in Larnaca town centre.
