During 2024, 543.526 residents of Cyprus participated in at least one domestic or/and outbound trip that included a minimum of one overnight stay for personal purposes, recording an increase of 9,1 percent compared to 2023, during which a total of 498.026 persons have travelled domestically or abroad.

Cyprus arrivals of tourists reached 537.744 in October of this year compared to 459.106 in October 2024, recording an increase of 17,1 percent.

Cyprus tourist arrivals reached 570.635 this September compared to 509.463 in September 2024, recording an increase of 12 percent. For the period of January – September of this year, arrivals of tourists totalled 3.604.790 compared to 3.268.090 in the corresponding period of 2024, recording an increase of 10,3 percent.

Based on the results of the passenger’s survey carried out by the Statistical Service, Cyprus revenue from tourism reached EUR513 million in July of this year, recording an increase of 8,2 percent as compared to the corresponding month of 2024 (EUR474,0 million).

Cyprus arrivals of tourists reached 602.026 in August of this year compared to 554.923 in August 2024, recording an increase of 8,5 percent. For the period of January – August 2025, arrivals of tourists totalled 3.034.155 compared to 2.758.627 in the corresponding period of 2024, recording an increase of 10 percent.

Based on the results of the Passengers Survey carried out by the Statistical Service, Cyprus revenue from tourism reached EUR422,3 million this June, recording an increase of 9,6 percent as compared to the corresponding month of 2024 (EUR385,2 million).
