A host of new hotels are on the horizon for Larnaca region - including resort hotels, boutique establishments and even lodgings in historic, listed buildings, expanding the choice of accommodation available to visitors.

If one does not take the place of the other, even experimentally, one cannot perceive the situation in which one finds oneself. Issues affecting Larnaca’s tourism and business development were discussed in a meeting on April 06, between the minister of transport, communication and works, Yiannis Karousos, and the presidents of the Larnaka Tourism Board (LTB) and the Larnaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) - Dinos Lefkaritis and Stavros Stavrou respectively, along with the president of Voroklini Community Council, Neophytos Fakontis.

The Municipality of Larnaca and the Larnaca Tourism Board have recently carried out landscaping works for the gradual improvement of the image of the coastal front of Finikoudes.

Visitors touring the two neighbouring semi-mountainous communities of Tochni and Choirokoitia can now easily navigate the main points of interest of the two villages, as wooden information signs have been placed at key points within the communities.
